If you wish to have your order delivered to your designated address, the following shipping charges will apply.
・For delivery within Japan: 850 yen (uniform rate nationwide)

How to order

Applications are accepted online and at our booth at the Hakata Port International Terminal.
Payment method

You can choose cash payment or credit card payment on the day.
※Credit card payment is only possible when ordering online.
Due date for payment

After the item is returned, credit card payment will be made on the day the payment amount is determined.
The amount will be debited on the specified date according to your credit card agreement.
※We will notify you by email of the date the payment amount is finalized.
Delivery time

It will take at least 3 days from the date of application.
About returns and exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges for rental equipment that malfunctions or breaks down.
