Advance reservations are accepted up to 2 days prior to departure date. For reservations made the day before, inventory must be confirmed. Please call the Customer Center by 3:00 p.m. the day before to confirm inventory before making a reservation.

For reservations made after 3:00 p.m. the day before, please confirm inventory at the local counter on the day of departure. Please note that reservations made without inventory confirmation may not be able to receive the terminal when you visit the store on the day of your departure.
